TAKUMI: Egg Omelette pan Medium

This is a medium pan perfect for preparing Japanese egg omelette for your family.
Iron and steel pans hold their heat cook beautifully. By seasoning your pans it will become non-stick and hardy for a lifetime's worth of use.
Induction Heater (IH), Radiant Heater (RH), Halogen Heater (HR), Enclosure Heater (EH), Cease Heater (CH).
Do not put wooden handle pans in oven
1)Wash and Dry your pan
2)Rub thoroughly with oil, leaving no collected spots. Rub all over, inside and out til it isn't greasy.
3)Heat your pan.
For solid or metal handle pans place, upside down in 230 degree oven for 30mins.
For wooden handle pans, place over steady medium heat. As steel will create hot and cold spots, carefully move the pan about to heat as evenly as possible. It will smoke. 20-30 mins.
4)Repeat 3 or 4 times. Let the pan cool and repeat oil and heat steps.
5)Use your pan. The more you use, the better your seasoning will be. Clean as normal and never let your soak or sit in water. Always thoroughly dry before putting away.
