With a bit of knowledge and a simple tool, anyone can sharpen their own knives. The Japanese sword is the origin of Japanese blades. It is forged by fusing soft iron and steel, making it thin, strong and incredibly sharp. That never-failing sharpness is one of the characteristics of Japanese blade.
Shinya Kobayashi, a professional knife sharpening master from a region in Japan famed for its blades, will return to CIBI and sharpen your knife and give you a lecture on this craft, See the difference in your cooking and crafting when you use knives that you sharpen yourself.
