Umeshu (梅酒) is know as plum wine or more accurately Japanese plum liqueur.  It is made by steeping ume (Japanese plums) in liquor and sugar.
It has a wonderful aroma of Ume, a sweet and tart, full body and a refreshing finish.
Join us for umeshu tasting every Saturday until Mother's Day.

Yuzu, a super fragrant citrus that plays a significant part in Japanese cuisine and culture. Yuzu juice is often used like lemon juice but the aromatic zest is where the fruit shines. For this Marché we share the many uses of yuzu and celebrate locally grown yuzu from Mountain Yuzu in Victoria.
