Our most popular workshop is back!
Join us for our special workshop as we walk you through making Japanese miso. Learn about the history, varieties and process of miso making followed by tasting different miso varieties. Using rice Koji produced in Japan, we will transform simple ingredients into a delicious Japanese staple. Bring home your efforts in your own Noda Horo stocker pot to ferment and enjoy. Light snacks made with miso and Sencha-tea will be served at the end of the workshop along with a Q&A session.
